For the second day, there have been no new cases confirmed as of 8am Monday, after one new overseas-acquired case was picked up on Saturday, in the Albury local government area.
The total number of positive COVID-19 results remains at 44, out of 2508 tests.
Four people have been hospitalised since the pandemic was first experienced in the health district on March 22, and one person has died, but currently there is no one in hospital.
Albury Wodonga Health also has no one with COVID-19 as an inpatient.
The total number of positive results for those tested at AWH remains at 10 - the new Albury case was not tested by AWH - and six patients remain in self-isolation at home.
Four people in Albury have recovered.
Across the Murrumbidgee Health District, 25 out of the 44 people have recovered, including one person in Berrigan (out of five), three people in Federation (out of seven) and two people in Greater Hume (out of two).
The Victorian statistics show there are no new cases in the North East, with cases still at one for Wodonga, two for Wangaratta, three in Benalla and 11 in Moira.
Testing continues to be available over the Easter weekend.
The Murrumbidgee COVID-19 Hotline is open every day from 7am - 9pm.
Anyone who believes they may have contracted the COVID-19 virus should call the Murrumbidgee COVID-19 Hotline on 1800 831 099 for a confidential over the phone assessment.
Albury Wodonga Health is encouraging anyone with a fever, shortness or breath, a cough and/or a sore throat to seeking testing for COVID-19 if they are over the age of 65 with serious health problems.
You should also be tested if you are ill and have face-to-face contact with the public in the retail sector, homelessness support, child protection, emergency responses, school teachers, boarding schools, detention centres or the military.
Anyone who works in the health or aged care sector, has returned from overseas or has been in close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient should also be tested.
