Instead of leaving the historic Milawa Butter Factory with a cooler-bag for their drive home, customers can have an "isolation pack" delivered to their door.
There is also a staples pack which includes household essentials such as eggs and fresh pasta.
Home Made By Annie, Cobram Fine Foods, King Valley Fine Foods and Butts Smokehouse are among the other local businesses that have joined Milawa Cheese Company to offer the packs.
"We're a community that likes to support our own and in times like this, it's nice to know you can count on those around you," chief executive Ceridwen Brown said.
"We want this industry and region to be strong for many years to come."
Wangaratta mayor Dean Rees is among the North East locals who continue to support Milawa Cheese.
"While many of us will face hardship and challenges in the coming months, it is heartening to see local businesses like these finding innovative ways to bring joy to the lives of others," he said.
"Our region is truly lucky to have so many wonderful businesses like Milawa Cheese who enjoy sharing the fine flavours of our region with the rest of the state."
