Participants can order the workshop supplies and join seven other people for the cooking lessons via the Zoom platform during May.
They will make hand-crafted gnocchi with Mrs Pizzini followed by a wine tasting with Fredo Pizzini.
The High Country at Home program was launched online this week.
The new platform at victoriashighcountry.com.au showcases a range of informative and interactive experiences with a number of winemakers, distillers and chefs.
