The charges against Krystal Amanda Huckstadt went back before Albury Local Court magistrate Richard Funston this week.
Defence lawyer Laura Melhuish told Mr Funston that Huckstadt would have no doubt been sentenced had she been able to front court.

"There are some underlying mental health issues," Ms Melhuish said, via a video link to Wagga.
Huckstadt, 25, was facing sentence on charges of police pursuit, never licenced person drive vehicle and driving with a special range prescribed concentration of alcohol.
She will now be sentenced on May 13.
The court heard previously how police received multiple calls on November 29, just before 4.30pm, about a car in the area of Albury and Hay streets, Holbrook.
At one point, Huckstadt - who hit speeds of up to 80km/h in 50km/h zones - drove straight towards police at speed on Jingellic Road and repeatedly lost control of her car.
