These include crediting part of both the 2019-20 and 2020-21 rates and registration fees.

Further, the council said the money - which comes through the Victorian government's Council Assistance Fund - would also be used to offset fees related to the rebuilding of private assets in fire-affected areas.
Mayor David Wortmann said he wanted to acknowledge the "significant contribution" from Bushfire Recovery Victoria "which has made the bushfire rates relief package possible".
"While some of our residents and businesses in the Upper Murray continue to rebuild their lives, the last thing they need to worry about is paying their council rates and fees," he said.
"We hope the relief package alleviates that immediate concern."
The council said rate relief had been assessed in a careful manner, taking into account the varying levels of impact from the fires, from direct and severely impacted properties and lives all the way through to indirect social and economic impacts in the shire.
The rates relief package is split into three categories: for residents, for businesses and for support of rebuilding and development.
In a statement, the council said the package would "go a little way towards easing the financial pressures for Towong Shire residents and businesses".
