The annual community event, which was due to be held at Wodonga's Birallee Park on October 24-25, has been postponed until November 28-29.
Cancer Council NSW community relations coordinator Brianna Carracher said the committee had to "make the difficult decision" to postpone the event, given the "high risk to public health".

"After taking advice from leading health professionals and knowing that many who attend our events are in a higher risk group, we're confident that this decision is in the best interests of everyone involved, as well as the wider Border community."
