The plan outlines recommended safe steps to see teams around the state return to outdoor training in groups of 10 or less.
It comes after the Victorian and NSW governments announced an easing of COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, with the changes coming into effect in NSW last Friday.
Holbrook netball coach Jarrod Hibberson has welcomed the prospect of a return to the court.
"It'll be nice to get back and start getting our fitness back into shape," Hibberson said.
"I know the girls that are at home are getting a bit bored with the same old routine, so it'll be nice to get back on the court.

"From a coaches point of view, it's just about getting their hands back on the ball.
"After all of the pre-season fitness work we've done some of the girls haven't really touched the ball."
Some of the guidelines outlined by Netball NSW include cleaning protocols of equipment and facilities as well as hand hygiene, no body contact drills, and minimising the use to communal facilities.
Any spectators will also be counted in the group of 10 and will have to keep their distance.
Hibberson admits the restrictions may prove challenging.
"The restrictions will be difficult to start off with but I think every team will just be happy to be able to get back to training," he said.
"We'll just have to work it out and maintain it until we know we can get more people on the court."
The Hume league is yet to announce when clubs can get back to training.
Victorian teams are still waiting on further instructions from Netball Victoria.
