It was the region's largest output at the elite level.
"Yeah, definitely, we've always had at least three, but to have five is outstanding," Margaret Court Tennis Academy director of coaching Phil Shanahan said.
The five are all members of the highly regarded academy.

Howlong Public School's Ella McDonell joined Ryan Tinworth, of Albury Public, and Lavington East's Jayden McGrath in the Riverina team, which contested its selection trials at Griffith.
St Patrick's Parish School's Lara Meagher and Phoebe Godward-Smith made the MacKillop outfit, which takes in Sydney, Parramatta, Wollongong, Canberra-Goulburn and Wagga dioceses.

Unfortunately, Ryan and Jayden won't get the chance to target State honours as the duo is in Year Six.
"They all represented Victoria or NSW in teams events last year and they're very committed," Shanahan said.
