Police were patrolling Culcairn on Sunday when a Ford Territory with false plates came to their attention on Railway Parade about 12.50am.
The vehicle sped away at 100km/h in a 50km/h zone after police performed a U-turn.
A pursuit was initiated as the Ford headed towards Walbundrie, with road spikes puncturing the car's tyres near Burrumbuttock.
The 35-year-old driver fled and was arrested at a nearby property, while a 37-year-old man and 23-year-old woman were arrested in the car.
Detective Acting Inspector Chris Wallace said methamphetamine, cash, a taser and knuckledusters were found in the vehicle.
The driver and female passenger were charged with ice supply, and the driver is also facing a string of traffic charges.
The male passenger had outstanding warrants for his arrest and was charged with two weapon offences.
"There's extreme danger whenever the police have to pursue a vehicle," Detective Acting Inspector Wallace said.
"The vehicle went onto the wrong side of the road a number of times.
"It obviously creates a lot of dangers to other vehicles on the road, and the community."
The vehicle was seized for forensic examination.
Detective Acting Inspector said police would be keen to hear from people who saw the vehicle before it came to their attention.
"The incident would have been captured by police on in-car video," he said.
"If other people in the community did witness what went on prior to Culcairn - we believe the vehicle has probably travelled over from the Wagga area - they should come forward and contact us."
The trio are from Albury and appeared before Wagga Local Court on Monday, and will return to Albury court on June 10.
