Commercial Club Albury has announced various catering and bar facilities as well as poker machines, TAB and Keno will resume operations on Monday, June 1.
SS&A Club Albury and Club Mulwala will also open their doors that day while Corowa RSL plans to open on Wednesday, June 3.
NSW pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants will be able to have up to 50 customers from June 1, subject to a one person per four square metre rule, while Victorian venues will be allowed up to 20 patrons per space.
Clubs NSW, which had been lobbying for clubs to reopen, said it would continue to liaise with the NSW government to confirm the conditions member clubs would need to follow.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Last week the umbrella group said a club's patron capacity might further increase beyond 50 patrons - in increments of 50, up to a maximum of 500 - in accordance with the number of restaurants and cafes inside the club.
"For example, a club with two restaurants and one cafe can admit up to 150 people at any one time, on the basis of one person per four square metres and on the condition that those eateries are open at all relevant times," Clubs NSW said.
"Under these arrangements, clubs can permit patrons in the bar and gaming rooms up to the venue capacity and with 1.5 metres physical distancing in all areas."
Member for Ovens Valley Tim McCurdy said Victorian businesses needed to be on an even footing with their NSW counterparts.
"Local business simply don't need cross-border issues making things even tougher than they already are," he said.
Mr McCurdy said there were Victorian entertainment venues that had not earned an income for more than two months.
"These venues will have to sit by while customers go across the river to spend their money in NSW clubs and pubs," he said.
