Last season's league medalist said players responded positively to the club's return to training under new COVID-19 guidelines, with the Spiders hoping to see some form of season in the coming months.
It follows the league's announcement that there would be no football premiership up for grabs this year.
A decision is still pending on the fate of the league's netball competition.
"I think it really shows people are keen and do actually like the whole aspect of training and playing," Bridle said.

"We're still hopeful that regardless of what happens with footy, we might still be able to have some form of season.
"There's so many benefits to having a season, obviously for the players, but for the clubs and communities.
"It's a bit of a roller coaster in terms of what's going to happen."
The Spiders held their third training session on Tuesday night.
Bridle said the playing group were relieved to be reunited again.
"We had to do a bit of work at the start to make sure we were following all the guidelines, but then once we got out there it was really great," Bridle said.
"It was just nice to see all of the girls again.
"We're used to seeing each other three times a week and then we went to nothing.
"The social side of it has been the best so far."
