Police continue to investigate the death of a mother at her Wodonga home several weeks after the incident occured.
Emergency services were called to the Peeler Street home about 8.30pm on April 4.
The 43-year-old Congolese migrant was found dead when they arrived.
A 21-year-old woman had been taken into custody after the 43-year-old's death, but was released without charge.
