Police arrested the 34-year-old after he allegedly walked into Wang's Best Bakery on Monday morning with the fake rifle sticking out of his backpack.
IN OTHER NEWS:
He has been charged with affray, recklessly causing injury, unlawful assault and possession of an imitation firearm.
The 34-year-old was released on bail and will front the Wangaratta Magistrates Court on September 14.
