Operation Stay Alert has been running since Friday to ensure road safety during the long weekend.
A driver was taken to hospital after suffering a medical issue on the Hume Highway at Holbrook on Sunday.

The 37-year-old was transported after pulling over about 12.50pm.
Police have caught 3404 speeding drivers and 98 drink drivers since the operation started.
It will end at midnight.
