Tigers president Jason Gooden revealed the reigning premier was exploring its options in regards to switching leagues in the wake of the Hume league's decision to abandon its season.
Galvin has been on the recruiting radar of several Riverina clubs since the Hume league's shock announcement.
The in demand midfielder is hoping the Tigers can switch leagues.
"I just want to play football and to be honest I'm not fussed in what competition," Galvin said.
"But the thought of testing ourselves in the Riverina league does appeal to me.
"The general consensus out of Wagga is that the Hume league is not that strong.
"So it would be interesting to have a crack and see how competitive we are.
"We boast a fairly strong list this year so it would be as good a season as any to see how we stack-up in the Riverina league."

Galvin revealed that if the Riverina league went ahead and Osborne was denied switching competitions, he would most likely still join the league with his two brothers Declan and Clancy.
"My brothers and I are desperate to have a kick and if the Riverina league got going without Osborne we would switch clubs," he said.
"I'm at that stage of my career I just want to be out there playing footy and will do almost anything to play.
"But I love Osborne and it would only be for this season."
The Tigers will start training Tuesday and Thursday nights as well as some Saturday mornings in anticipation of being ready for the season opener of July 18.
Galvin said newly appointed Tigers coach Joel Mackie had made a strong impression since crossing from Albury over the summer.
"Joel has been awesome for our group," he said.
"I think after we won the flag in 2017 we got a bit complacent and probably didn't perform as we would have liked the following year.
"Obviously we won the flag last year but Joel has really motivated us over the summer and his drive and will-to-win is what has stood out to me.
"His enthusiasm is contagious and we were raring to go this season.
"I can't wait to play under him and hopefully it's in the Riverina league this year."
