A man wanted for allegedly hitting a detective with a stolen car has been arrested as police seek help to find a second person linked to the incident.

The officer managed to roll away as the car reversed.
The stolen vehicle, which was allegedly driven by Jereko Jackson, hit an unmarked police car before driving off on Burrows Road.
Police chased the car but terminated the pursuit.
Investigators had appealed for help to find Jackson and Taleah Corboy over the incident, and received information on Monday that Jackson was in Wodonga.
He was extradited from Wodonga to Albury on Tuesday morning, and faces 10 charges including using an offensive weapon to prevent lawful detention, assaulting police, and driving offences.
They are still seeking Corboy, 22, who is alleged to have travelled in the stolen car.
Detective Acting Inspector Wallace said the injured officer was doing well following the ordeal.

Jackson had been due to face court late Tuesday, with police planning to apply for him to be detained.
