Murray Bushrangers will contest a six-week season, starting August 22.
The competition has been split into country and metro divisions, with the Bushrangers to take on Bendigo Pioneers, Greater Western Victoria Rebels, Dandenong Stingrays, Gippsland Power and Geelong Falcons.
After all clubs have played each other once, the final round will see country teams take on metro counterparts who finished in the same position on their ladder.
Bushrangers coach Mark Brown said having a season go ahead is reward for the huge effort put in by the squad in the lead-up.

"It was a very solid pre-season of four or five months and just on the eve of the season to have it postponed was completely understandable, but disappointing nevertheless," Brown said.
"To get some games in at the back end of the season gives them something to look forward to.
"It's not just going out there and playing games for the simple fact of exposing yourself to recruiters, it gives something to the team element as well."
All talent staff remain stood down, but Brown said the club will be in contact with the AFL in the coming days to plan a training return.
How this year's draft will look remains a mystery, but Brown is relieved it is still going ahead.
"It will become clearer once the AFL announces the soft cap budget and list sizes, which are still being discussed between the AFL and AFLPA (Players Association)," Brown said.
"Once they've got a clearer understanding of what list sizes are going to be like, AFL clubs and recruiters can start to piece together what the draft will look like."
The Bushrangers were set to announce the 2020 leadership group prior to the postponement with Ben Ashley-Cooper, Will Chandler, Kade Chalcraft, Zavier Maher, Thomas Panuccio and injured star Elijah Hollands all included.
