Vice-captain James Oeser is seeking a clearance to play in Deniliquin with Bosley expecting more clearances to follow throughout the league before the deadline.
Lion star Dane Hallinan has joined Wodonga Raiders.
"It's hard to get them back when players go to another club," Bosley said.
"James is working in Deniliquin and will play there.
"I can understand that.
"It was going to be his first year at the club and he never missed a training session but what can you do."
Bosley, who took over from Josh Hillary this year, expects to have a new-look list in 2021.
"We might have to start from scratch again," he said.
"All we can do is start looking and planning now."
It is believed the AFL is considering introducing rules which will see players cleared back to their clubs at the end of the season.
