Club president Chris Hartshorn has called a crisis meeting for July 19 in a last-ditch attempt to rally support for the struggling merged entity.
The Miners presently field A and C and under-12 sides.
"We are looking for anyone interested in having a game," Hartshorn said.
"Our numbers are a problem.

"If there's anyone who is playing in town and think they aren't getting a go, they are more than welcome to come out and play.
"It's a weekly battle for us at the moment.
"I'd hate to see towns like Chiltern and Barnawartha not having cricket sides."
The Miners play matches at Chiltern and Barnawartha with a new pitch recently put in at Chiltern.
Hartshorn has waged a constant battle with player numbers in recent years with the Miners forced into recess in 2017-18.
The meeting will be held at Chiltern from 12pm on July 19 with inquiries able to be made with Hartshorn on 0437 811 886.
