The 63 counts of supply a small quantity of a prohibited drug against Connor Tristian Thorn-Barnstable went before Albury Local Court on Tuesday.
Thorn-Barnstable was not in court, though was represented by solicitor Nicole Polyakova.

The 22-year-old has been at Parklea Correctional Centre, bail refused, since October 16.
Director of Public Prosecutions representative Mary-Beth McFarlane appeared, via a video link to Wagga, over the initial set of charges laid by police on Thorn-Barnstable's arrest.
The new matters though remain for now with the police.
Prosecutor Sergeant Andrew Pike said these additional charges had resulted from what continued to be "an ongoing" police investigation.
It was likely that the DPP would eventually elect to take over the prosecution of these new drug supply charges.
Thorn-Barnstable applied for bail on 18 charges in January.

But this failed for what magistrate Richard Funston described at the time as his alleged offending's "sophisticated business structure" and also because of his "major role in drug supply in the Albury-Wodonga area".
For that, he would "continue to be a major threat" to the community.
On Thorn-Barnstable's arrest, police seized a .345 calibre revolver and 150 MDMA pills among a total of 80 items.
These also included mobile phones, computers, a large number of prohibited gel blaster weapons and more than $50,000 in cash.
Mr Funston adjourned the case on Tuesday to July 21.
