Racing NSW have eased restrictions to allow patrons to attend the meeting under strict guidelines.
However, in another Border anomaly Victorian racegoers will be denied entry.
The club will be checking each patrons drivers licence at the gate to verify they are NSW residents.
Under the guidelines patrons will have to adhere to strict social distancing.

A maximum crowd of 50 in designated food and drink areas with four square metres of space will apply.
Patrons wishing to attend the meeting will have to pre-book with the club and provide either their phone number or email address.
Patrons must remain seated at all times expect for wagering and restroom requirements.
Owners are permitted to attend to watch their race but have to leave the course within 30 minutes after the race has concluded.
Club chief executive officer Steve Hetherton said it was another step towards racing returning to normal.
"It's exciting to have owners and the public back at the racecourse," Hetherton said.
"They have certainly been sorely missed and with no crowds there is not much atmosphere.
"We would like to thank everyone for their patience.
"But as everyone is aware it has been a precarious situation with the coronavirus pandemic.
"Hopefully things continue to improve and this can be the start of the build up to what we hope is a normal spring carnival with no restrictions."
