The Panther top-liners have followed Curtis back to his former club after the Ovens and Murray season was abandoned last week due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It is extremely unlikely all five will be able to play in the same matches due to Ainslie's player points squeeze.
The Lavington premiership players will be automatically cleared back to Lavington in accordance with a COVID-19 ruling on November 1.
"They've done a full pre-season, kept themselves in good nick and wanted to play football," club president Mark Sanson said.

"The opportunity is there to play in the ACT, Riverina and Farrer leagues at the moment and Simon obviously has a contact with Ainslie.
"I think there will be a bit of player movement going on."
The AFL Canberra competition starts on July 18.
Ainslie has won four successive premierships with Curtis captaining the Tricolours and winning the Alex Jesaulenko Medal in his last game for the club in 2017 before taking over at Lavington.
Lavington recruit Nico Sedgwick has applied for a clearance to join Farrer league club East Wagga Kooringal.
He joined the Panthers from Brock-Burrum.
Meanwhile, Wangaratta star Michael Newton lodged a clearance to join Adelaide club Payneham Norwood Union late last week.
More big-name players are set to lodge clearances in the next 24 hours.
