With the Hume league being called off this season, Riverina clubs have been quick to swoop with Shannon committing to Wagga Tigers and Sam joining Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong.
Swampie coach Heath Ohlin said the Swampies wouldn't begrudge anyone wanting to play football in neighbouring competitions which hadn't been abandoned.
"We trust in what we have at Henty that players will want to come back," Ohlin said.
"If players want to play, I think we should let them.
"Good luck to them."
Lockhart defender Chayte Burkinshaw has joined Collingullie-Glenfield Park.
Jindera's Danny Warren will play for Marrar in the Farrer league.
Several other Hume and Ovens and Muray league players are also close to signing with Riverina and Farrer league clubs.
