Temporary signs warning walkers to give way to vehicles have been erected at the link between QEII Square and the Wilson Street car park.
They will be in place until lighting is erected in coming weeks.

At that point line markings will be painted on the raised surface turning it into a zebra crossing with vehicles having to stop for pedestrians.
That will bring the crossing into line with others around the Albury CBD which prioritise foot traffic.
