The Davidson Street property had been occupied but it emerged, after firefighters began tackling the non-suspicious blaze, that the female had been away in recent times.
Triple-0 calls raised the alarm about 3.27am yesterday with fire crews from Deniliquin and Finley on scene until 8.30am with fears for nearby properties on the street which forms part of the Cobb Highway.
NSW Police are investigating the cause of the fire.

The fire was extinguished by Fire & Rescue NSW and nearby properties were evacuated as a precaution.
As investigations continue, detectives are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
