The pair have spent the past two seasons in charge with the club set to start looking for a replacement immediately.
After a winless 2018, Wodonga Saints picked up two wins and a draw last year.
Midson advised the club to chase a coach with strong contacts.

"I think the club needs to get a higher profile coach who can bring some quality recruits with him," Midson said.
"I don't think I'm that person. Hopefully the club can pick up someone with the bit of extra time we have given it."
"I'd like to think we will leave the place in better shape than it was when we arrived."
Midson coached Upper Murray league club Federal for two seasons before joining Wodonga Saints while Wellington arrived from Jindera.
Thurgoona is also the market for a coach after Brett Doswell announced he would be stepping down earlier this week.
