The victim of the incident was allegedly driven out to the bush and forced to strip naked following a dispute over a missing pushbike and $100 given to him to buy ice.
It's alleged the man also had his testicles stomped on three times by a woman in a home.
Billy Collison was the alleged instigator in last Saturday's incident, and was allegedly helped by Steven Garrett and Lauren Therese Sommer.
The Wangaratta Magistrates Court this week heard the victim had gone to Garrett's home and was given $100 and a bike to score meth.
He went to a home on Brash Avenue, left the bike at the front and got drugs, and panicked when the bike was stolen.
He allegedly used the ice and called Garrett, who dragged him into Sommer's car as he walked on Evans Street as two witnesses looked on.
The court heard the trio took him to the Warby Ranges, stripped him and made him run in the cold weather and threatened to rape him as he was bent over a log.

One allegedly threatened to stab him with a star picket before jamming it next to his head, with the victim fearing he would die.
He was taken back to Sommer's house and allegedly kept in an enclosed area for three hours as threats were made and he was attacked, with the court told the trio went back and forth to have a go at him.
Sommer allegedly burnt him with a lighter and stomped on his testicles.
He was allegedly told it was payback, and he was warned not to go to the police.
He was dumped out of the vehicle on the side of Edwards Street, had his shoes thrown at him, and the alleged offenders drove off.
Police later became aware of the incident and raided homes on Tuesday as they investigated the matter, with the trio taken into custody.
Collison was refused bail, Garrett didn't apply for bail, and Sommer was granted release.
All three will return to the court on November 19 for committal mention.
