Tuesday's meeting was transferred to Wagga by Racing NSW stewards after the NSW government's decision to shut its border with Victoria last week.
Club CEO Steve Hetherton said Racing NSW made the decision that it would be unfair to award points for the respective titles at Wagga.

The decision has robbed the club to a thrilling finale for Horse of the Year honours.
The Geoff Duryea-trained Straover, the Norm Loy-trained Falling Waters and the Donna Scott-trained Hazel's Diary have been declared joint winners on 14 points.
Adding to the intrigue, both Falling Waters and Hazel's Diary clash at Wagga today.
Mitch Beer and Blaike McDougall were dominant winners of the trainer and jockey titles respectively.
