Connor Tristian Thorn-Barnstable's matter has been listed for mention in Albury Local Court for a committal.
That would involve either a committal for trial or, dependent on his plea, for sentence.

Thorn-Barnstable's matters are largely being prosecuted by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
But further charges relating to the ongoing investigation into his alleged activities means some newer charges remain in the hands of the police.
That was when police presented 63 new charges against Thorn-Barnstable alleging in each that he supplied a small quantity of a prohibited drug.
Thorn-Barnstable was described in an earlier, unsuccessful bail application as an alleged "major supplier" of illicit drugs in the Border region.
Because of that and due to the "sophisticated" nature of his alleged offending, he was deemed too great a risk to the safety of the community to be released.
On Thorn-Barnstable's arrest, police seized a .345 calibre revolver and 150 MDMA pills among a total of 80 items, including phones, a large number of prohibited gel blaster weapons and more than $50,000 in cash.
