NSW Health has not approved exemptions to allow Corowa GPs who work at the Rutherglen Medical Centre to see patients without having to self-isolate for 14 days upon recrossing the border.
Corowa Medical Centre practice manager Kristen Mann said she had not been contacted by NSW Health since Friday.
"We're leaving a whole community without any medical service and it's frustrating to not have that acknowledged," Ms Mann said.
NSW Health would not comment to The Border Mail about its response.

Indigo North Health, which runs Rutherglen's aged care home, got an exemption, for its 31 staff who live in NSW, on Friday night.
Chief executive Shane Kirk said that had greatly eased the pressure on his service but noted his residents still did not have access to care from the town's doctors who consult at the home.
In addition to Indigo North Health, Wangaratta's public hospital Northeast Health has been granted an exemption for its 80-add employees from NSW.
Ms Mann said "being surrounded by health organisations that have had their restrictions eased, we do take hope" from that.
