North Albury is the only Auskick program to commence playing in Albury.
President Kade Duel said the Hoppers' Auskick committee was keen to make the most of the rest of the season.
"We consulted NSW AFL about the protocols required to play with coronavirus restrictions," Duel said.
"We thought we could abide by all the rules and jumped at the opportunity.
"We basically cater for the five to 11-year-old age groups.
"We have had to cap the amount of kids that could participate with the protocols and amount of players allowed on the field.
"We have got about 105 registrations."
Duel said he hoped the program would run for the entire third term of school.
"This was our second week," he said.
"The parents and kids have loved being back and appreciate being able to get and play a bit of sport."
