Speaking ahead of Daniel Andrews' announcement of a return to stage three restrictions in regional Victoria a Mars Petcare spokeswoman said they had worked with associates and authorities to "minimise disruptions to our production schedule during the border closure".
Earlier this year, Mars Petcare products disappeared from many shelves once restrictions were introduced.

"Our priority is to make sure our people and the broader community remain safe while continuing to provide our products to pet owners who rely on us by," she said.
"We're confident we can respond quickly to any increased demand for pet food by retailers.
"We remain committed to maintaining pet food donations to our local animal rescue groups and Foodbank."
The spokeswoman said several procedures were in place to limit exposure to the virus.
She said office-based staff were working form home, while new hygiene measures have been introduced in the Wodonga factory including masks for staff, and visitors have been excluded from the site.
It comes as increased restrictions in Melbourne and regional Victoria prompt retailers to reinstate product limits.
