The Royal Freemasons retirement home was placed on high alert last week when a staff member was discovered to be a close contact of someone who has tested positive posted to COVID-19.
The staff member and two others who worked with her underwent testing and self-isolated awaiting the test results.
"All test results have now been received, with no cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) detected," A Royal Freemasons spokesperson said.
"I am pleased to announce the home has been cleared and our residents are no longer required to isolate."
Window visits have been reinstated, but the home remains closed to visitors.
