With goal shooter Caren Hugo leading the way, the Ostriches opened up a handy break in the second term and were never threatened in trying conditions.
She combined well with Nell Malmo in the goal circle.
Young wing defence Breanna O'Connell also played a big role in the victory.
"The girls have played well for the first three weeks and it was good to win for their confidence," coach Liza Gooden said.
"Caren has come over from The Rock and been really good with all of our local girls."
Osborne lost to Wagga Tigers and MCUE in the opening two rounds but were competitive in both matches.
The Ostriches also won the B, C and under 17 grades on Saturday.
They take on Turvey Park at Wagga's Maher Oval this weekend.
