The practice matches scheduled the previous day between Lavington and Albury were abandoned.
Midfielder Cody Gardiner racked-up plenty of touches for the Hoppers in their under-14 clash.
Teammates Liam Hetherton and Mackenzie Maclean were also prominent.
Speedy midfielder Mitch Parker was damaging for the Roos.
North Albury under-14 coach Steve Hetherton said all three matches were tightly contested.
IN OTHER MATCHES
"All the kids were rapt to be able to play a game," Hetherton said.
"All three matches were tight contests and were a good standard to watch.
"The ground was in really good condition and there were a lot of grand parents in their cars watching because you can drive into the ground."
