Member for Albury Justin Clancy said the Nationals leader would attend a series of meetings with those affected by the crackdown on crossing between Victoria and NSW.
They will include representatives from the education, health, agricultural, social services, business and construction sectors.
Mr Barilaro is expected to be joined by senior NSW Health and Service NSW figures to ensure they also get an insight into the hardship resulting from the restrictions and their application.
Meanwhile, member for Farrer Sussan Ley has written to NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian and Prime Minister Scott Morrison raising concerns about the impact of the border curbs on farms.
She also spoke to Mr Morrison on Friday and the PM reportedly wrote to premiers at the weekend requesting they lift restrictions on agricultural workers.

Ms Ley said the case of Victorian shearers unable to travel to Mathoura, south of Deniliquin, without going to Melbourne and then Sydney for quarantine touched her.
"Obviously that is crazy and having worked in the shearing industry myself that highlighted the perverse nature of some of these orders, not withstanding the public health issues underpinning them," Ms Ley said.
She said there was a "lot of anxiety" over shearers' availability and animal welfare concerns loomed.
Ms Ley also expressed concern about the bumper grain harvest being affected.
She said although the PM had intervened, changes to the health order were "100 per cent" in the remit of Ms Berejiklian and her Health Minister Brad Hazzard.
Mr Clancy wants changes for farm workers to be made before the next national Cabinet meeting on Friday.
"My understanding was that there was a solution on the table, that the (NSW) Agriculture Minister had a put a lot of work into that," he said.
"I had an expectation from my discussions that there would be a solution sooner rather than later and I'd like to see that prior to the national Cabinet."
