Black and pink spray paint was used to vandalise various different locations in the CBD and surrounding streets on Saturday and Sunday.
The offender targetted large business walls, light poles, electrical boxes, a Telstra phone box and a residential brick fence.
Most of the large-scale graffiti defaced the side of office buildings in the Woolworths central complex on the corner of High Street and Elgin Boulevard.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The doors to the centre's management office was also targetted.
The tag reads "Sanza" or "Sanz" and was seen across multiple buildings in the area on Monday.
These included on two different car park-facing walls in the Woolworths centre. The clean up began on Monday afternoon with one home owner struggling to clean the paint off his brick fence.
When contacted by The Border Mail Wodonga police could not say whether they were investigating the graffiti or if the tag was known to police.
