Day-in, day-out, Albury police have had to deal with his "growing criminal history".
It's one that's replete with constant threats to strangers, stealing, swearing, spitting at passersby and damaging property.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The 50-year-old, Albury Local Court has heard, "clearly shows" he is "unable to live within a society in a civil manner without the public fearing" his "disgusting behaviour".
Wilson is in Sydney's Parklea jail over another such outburst, though on pleading guilty he said over and over again: "I want bail, I want bail, I want bail."
He had just made admissions to charges including intimidation, having goods in custody suspected of being stolen and destroy or damage property.
That was over an incident on August 5, just before 9am, where Wilson approached the front sliding door of Centrelink in Wilson Street, Albury.
The door was locked because of COVID-19 precautions.
A security guard inside recognised him and refused to let him in because of a ban for previous "adverse incidents" towards staff.
Wilson took a fighter's stance, spat on the glass and then left.
About 12.30pm, police received multiple calls about Wilson, wearing a stolen hard-hat and high-visibility vest, walking in the middle of the road near the intersection of Dean and Olive streets.
Wilson was arrested and taken to Albury police station, where he was aggressive and abusive and "continually hit, kicked and head-butted the Perspex area of the dock".
He was further remanded in custody for sentence at a later date.
