Murray was forced from the field with hamstring soreness before half-time in Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong's win against MCUE on Saturday.
"Obviously it's hard to gauge two days after the game but I don't think it's as serious as some can be," Murray said.
"I'll know more in the next few days."
Murray was one of the Lions best before leaving the ground and is almost certain to miss this weekend's final round clash against Turvey Park.
Ruckman Jacob Olsson is free to play this weekend after being yellow carded in the second quarter for striking MCUE's James Scott.
Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong must defeat Turvey Park this weekend and rely on Wagga Tigers or Leeton-Whitton slipping up to claim a top-two finish.
Wagga Tigers play Osborne and Leeton-Whitton take on MCUE.
