Launched on Wednesday, Miss Amelie Gourmet is an offshoot of the fine dining restaurant Miss Amelie.
Miss Amelie co-owner and executive chef David Kapay said the new food store and home delivery service would bring world-class produce to the North East and Riverina.
He said restaurant-quality reheatable fare; housemade pies; artisan bread and pastries; pantry supplies; cheese; charcuterie; and wine were among the offerings.
"It is foodie heaven," he said.
"More than 400 items are listed on the website, available for home delivery to Albury, Wangaratta, Corowa, Yarrawonga, Beechworth and surrounds to a timetable."
Miss Amelie Gourmet is a joint venture by Miss Amelie owners David and Sally Kapay and business partners Ken and Rachel Little and Jim and Nicky Myers.
The concept has been in the pipeline since the coronavirus crisis impacted the hospitality sector for the first time in March.
It will employ six in the kitchen and 12 overall.

Kapay said Miss Amelie Gourmet would offer dry aged fish among the specialty food products.
"It's definitely unique to the region; we are one of the few places outside Sydney to focus on that," Kapay said.
"The flavour is incredible as is the texture and all-round umami (savoury) flavours."
Kapay said they hoped to open a Miss Amelie Gourmet site at Wagga within a month.
He said they were looking at premises in Canberra and eventually wanted a presence in Melbourne too.
"Wagga will be a click and collect site within the first month of the business," he said.
Kapay opened Miss Amelie in Junction Place in June 2016 before adding Little Miss wine bar to the restaurant foyer in May 2018.
Kapay trained on the Border before working in England in restaurants owned by celebrity chefs Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay.
Miss Amelie Gourmet, 6 Michael Drive, will operate 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am to noon, Saturday.
