Emergency services were called to Doctors Point Road, near Gunbower Close, about 7.30pm on Tuesday.
A BMW clipped a driveway after failing to negotiate a left hand bend, causing the car to roll three or four times.
The three girls, all aged 17, were able to free themselves from the crashed BMW through the sunroof.

All were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police are investigating the cause.
The driver underwent mandatory testing.
