IN OTHER NEWS:
"The regulator will allege that multiple persons were put at risk and had to take cover to avoid being hit by flyrock during a blasting incident on 10 April 2018 at Albury Quarry, Ettamogah," a spokesman said.
"Those at risk included members of the public, workers and a shotfirer who were at the firing location at the time of blasting.
"The members of the public included the partner and three friends of the quarry manager and a visiting truck driver."
The most serious charges are levelled against Hamiltons Blasting Services and Mr Hamilton for reckless conduct and hindering an inspector.
The cases will be heard on October 12 and November 2.
