It was just the second time in league history all of a club's sides had made the deciders.
Osborne managed to triumph in the seniors and fourths football, but lost out in the thirds.
The seniors side managed an upset 36-point victory over Brock-Burrum.
After booting five goals in the opening term, the team managed to maintain the lead to win 11.6 (72) to 5.6 (36).
It was the second flag the side had won under outgoing coach Matt Rava.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"This is such an amazing club that I have been fortunate enough to coach for four years," Rava said at the time.
"Most people wrote us off after our second semi-final loss but I never lost faith in the group.
"We were able to produce our trademark run and carry and really spread the footy today."
While on the netball court the Billabong Crows defeated Jindera 35-31.
The Crows withstood several challenges during the decider before drawing clear late in the game to win back-to-back premierships. Defender Harriet Simpson was named best on court.
Coach Holly Dowling was ecstatic to see the Crows walk away with A and B grade flags.
