Officers searched a home on Lawrence Street on Thursday after the incidents in the centre of town last month.
They recently released still images from security cameras where the spray painting occurred showing two people walking with their faces covered.
Buildings, walls, a phone box, fence and electrical equipment was targeted with the tags Sanza, Sanz and others, predominantly in black paint.
The incidents, which occurred near Woolworths on August 16, caused thousands of dollars in damage.
Police arrested and charged two men during Thursday's raid.
They were bailed from Wodonga Police Station and will face court in February.
