Shaun Driscoll had committed to the Tigers this year, but the season was cancelled due to COVID-19.
Driscoll returned to his home club Wagga Tigers and claimed the Norm McLennan Medal in Saturday's 21-point win over Leeton Whitton in the AFL Riverina Championship grand final.
The 20-year-old racked up more than 20 disposals and kicked a goal with his pace worrying the Crows.
"I've promised them (Albury) I'd come back, they've been great to me and I owe them one," he said.

Meanwhile, Brayden O'Hara re-injured his calf, but still kicked three terrific goals.
"Thursday night it felt 100 percent, but about five minutes in it went pretty bad and I thought, 'I have to do something because coming in and doing a calf after five didn't look good'," he admitted.
