Tickets for the upcoming meetings on October 10 and 24 have gone on sale with demand strong.
Club CEO Steve Hetherton said it was a relief to know crowds will be able to attend the races over the spring.
"Tickets have gone on sale and we have already sold almost 200 tickets for the first meeting on Caulfield Guineas day," Hetherton said.
"It will be business as usual for patrons with the bookies, TAB, bar and food all available on course.
"Patrons can wander around the course with the only restriction is if you are drinking alcohol, you have to remain seated.
"I wouldn't like to guess how big a crowd we could attract.
"But it's exciting to be able to welcome the crowds back and get the atmosphere back on track."

Wagga raced last Saturday with a crowd or more than 600 attending.
Hetherton warned patrons not to leave it until the last minute to buy tickets.
"I can't stress enough if you don't pre-purchase your ticket and you turn up on the Saturday, you won't be allowed in," he said.
"Ticket sales will be closed earlier in the week of the meeting so we know how many people are attending and can make plans for catering purposes."
The club will also stage a twilight meet on Friday, November 6 which will start at approximately 3pm with the last race around 7.30pm.
The highly popular festive meetings will be held on December 5 and 12.
