Aaron Rinehart copped a 15-month sentence on Friday on three second-offence counts that have had him in custody bail refused since July 5.

But there is no guarantee that Rinehart will actually get out of Junee jail on that date.
Rinehart, Albury Local Court heard, committed the three disqualified driving offences while he was already on parole.
But prosecutor Sergeant Andrew Coombs said that parole had not yet been revoked.

Rinehart was also serving a bond at the time.
Mr Abdul-Karim said that while the first two disqualified driving matters featured no aggravating factors related to Rinehart's driving, the third from July did.
That, he said, was the fact that Rinehart was driving at twice the legal speed limit when stopped by police.
"The offending took place at a time when you were on parole for like offences and at a time when you were on a community corrections order for custody of a knife (in a public place)," Mr Abdul-Karim said.
"Your record is lengthy and mostly relates to driving matters."
Mr Abdul-Karim told Rinehart that he just continued to get behind the wheel when he was not entitled to drive.
"You pose a risk to the community and to yourself," he said.
"Sir, when you're released from custody you're not allowed to drive, you need to accept you're not allowed to drive."
