A convicted double killer will face the Wodonga Magistrates Court next year after allegedly being caught drug-driving.

Warren Alan Forbes was charged by a Wodonga highway patrol officer.
He had been due to front court this week, but the case was adjourned off without him appearing.
Details of the two charges, both related to drug-driving, were not aired.
The case will return on February 2.

Forbes has a lengthy history of court appearances, including for the deaths of Ross Kimball in a Dean Street stabbing in January 2002 and the shooting of bikie Andy Hullick four months later.
He was found not guilty of murdering Mr Hullick, but guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter.
Forbes pleaded guilty to manslaughter over Mr Kimball's death.
