The star flanker was named the competition's best player after returning to Albury last year and repeated the dose with CSU in 2020.
He was originally set to play in New Zealand before COVID-19 hit, and, with the Steamers not taking part in first grade, he found a new home with the Reddies.
Krautz played a big role as CSU showed real improvement late in the season, winning two of their last three games.

The 30-year-old was honoured to take out the award again, especially with CSU, who he has committed to again.
"It's a prestigious award and I said last year it would be good to do it again, so to do it again I'm pretty happy about," Krautz said.
"It speaks volumes of the club as well.
"You can't do it without the other 14 blokes out there, so I'm really humbled and appreciative of it."
