The Sebel Yarrwonga golf and lifestyle resort, situated next to Silverwoods residential precinct, was due to launch in July before COVID-19 restrictions intervened, but will officially open on November 1.
More than 60 jobs are set to be generated, in addition to an estimated flow-on of 500-plus opportunities for suppliers across the region, following the lakeside resort's initial opening phase.

Once fully operational, it's estimated The Sebel Yarrawonga will bring in more than $13 million to the Murray region's economy, with close to 100,000 visitors per year.
General manager Rebecca Russell said the team is thrilled to be finally welcoming guests.
"We can't wait to have our first guests come and experience The Sebel Yarrawonga. It has been a challenging year but we are finally ready to see the hotel buzzing with locals and regional travellers and eventually, guests from Melbourne and interstate," Ms Russell said.
The Sebel Yarrawonga offers 63 luxury rooms and apartments, with a further 54 expected to be unveiled in stage two of the development in 2021.
Two of the resort's three food and beverage outlets - Stock and Barrel Bar and Bistro and Sunset Pool Bar - will be launched on opening day, with a fine dining restaurant, Elisabeth's, set to open in December, headed by chef Logan Campbell.
"The restrictions made it incredibly difficult to recruit all the staff we needed to open all three dining outlets, but locals can still enjoy gatherings in Stock and Barrel and the sunset bar until Elizabeth's is open for business," Ms Russell said.
Overlooking Lake Mulwala, The Sebel Yarrawonga will also cater for weddings, conferences and events.
The venue is also adjacent to Black Bull Golf Course, designed by late Australian golf great Peter Thomson.
Melbourne-based company, Lotus Living, are behind the hotel development alongside the Murray River and the shores of Lake Mulwala.
"Our investment in the region reflects our confidence in Yarrawonga as an emerging tourism destination and we look forward to unveiling The Sebel Yarrawonga in November as the next phase in the Silverwoods development," Lotus Living general manager Daniel Smith said.
